• Display mastery of industry best practices in classified and unclassified server builds, containerization, software build, software artifact management, version control strategies, virtualization, application deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Identify, investigate, deploy, integrate, maintain, upgrade and support tools used in our development and deployment processes.
• Perform automation and auditing of software builds and unit, functional, and acceptance tests.
• Automate server builds and deployments across multiple networks.
• Efficiently execute a wide range of day‑to‑day operations including user/permissions management, code delivery, team consults, server and database administration.
• Analyze complex workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage industry standard tools and technologies to drive cost, schedule and risk reduction.
• Effectively collaborate with stakeholders including IT, cybersecurity, program management, and engineering organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance post‑start
• 3+ years of experience developing software with Python, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++
• 3+ years of experience with development in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
• 2+ years of experience with virtualization tools (VMware)
• 2+ years of experience with build automation systems – Gradle and Maven preferred

• P3 – Bachelor of Science degree (engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science) and 5+ years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years related work experience, or 13+ years related experience
• P4 – Bachelor of Science degree (engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science) and 9+ years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years related work experience, or 17+ years related experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, integration, test, delivery)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with continuous integration server administration – Jenkins preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with administering self‑hosted, on‑prem software development infrastructure – Atlassian/Git Lab suite preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with artifact management server administration – Artifactory preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with server configuration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Puppet/Chef, RHEL kickstart, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Bash Shell scripting
• Security+ certification

• Clearance:
  Must obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance post‑start.
• Travel:
  Less than 10%.

• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.
• Relocation:
  Available based on candidate eligibility.
• Pay Range – Experienced: $126,900 – $155,100;
  Senior: $154,800 – $189,200.
