- Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle concepts, including model catalog structure, metadata schema design, API endpoint access patterns, and model-serving workflows, with demonstrated ability to translate technical platform changes into clear, accurate user-facing documentation aligned with release cycles.
- Experience using collaborative documentation and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Git Lab in a DoW or federal government environment, including version control practices, controlled vocabulary design, and structured content governance in support of multi-enclave user communities.
- Working knowledge of DoW Dev Sec Ops platform environments such as Platform One or Cloud One, including familiarity with how automated scanning pipelines, proxy configurations, and cross-domain transfer requirements affect model access workflows and user request documentation.
- Experience contributing to Tier-2 or Tier-4 support operations, including the maintenance of authoritative operational records used for incident triage, access-pattern analysis, or escalation coordination…
