We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Professional with 4–6 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving a wide range of technical issues, and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented group.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a trusted point of contact for technical support and frequent communication with clients.
What does your day/week look like?- Provide technical support for Microsoft core business applications, cloud services, and virtual environments
- Perform remote troubleshooting of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
- Manage and support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security systems
- Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on incident status, upcoming changes, and scheduled outages
- Strong team orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and active listening
- Technical awareness with the ability to assess issues, align appropriate resources, and advise clients on effective business solutions
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of technical issues
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft MCP or CompTIA A+ preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server platforms, including Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with Mac OS environments
- Experience supporting industry-specific applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other AEC tools)
