- Proficiency with Git Lab, Git Hub Enterprise, Jira, Confluence, Service Now CMDB, automated asset discovery tools, IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation), and containerization best practices.
- Experience implementing configuration control in multi‑level security environments (IL2‑IL6, JWICS) and aligning with Dev Sec Ops release gates and cybersecurity inspection cycles.
- Proven track record conducting configuration audits, discrepancy analyses, remediation workflows, and ensuring baseline integrity.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end‑users to executive management).
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior configuration managers and fostering a culture of configuration discipline.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with data governance, lineage, and observability tools within AI‑centric platforms.
- Proven experience integrating configuration management within AI‑focused environments such as the WDP, with knowledge of semantic enrichment and AI model lifecycle support.
