Job Description

GDIT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the technical support, user engagement, and operational coordination functions for a large, federally funded data access and linkage initiative. This role serves as the primary manager responsible for overseeing Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows, Privacy Board activities, user support, analytic output review, training, requirements tracking, and public-facing website operations in support of the NIH Data Access Program.

The Program Manager works closely with federal leadership, technical teams, researchers, and cross-functional support staff to ensure effective, timely, and compliant execution of all required activities for technical support and user engagement.

How a Program Manager Will Make an Impact
* Drive the end-to-end management of Data Use Agreement (DUA) workflows, including CMS DUAs, amendments, non-federal DUAs, and associated documentation, ensuring processing within defined timelines.
* Oversee the Privacy Board process, including weekly meeting coordination, agenda preparation, action tracking, and timely delivery of minutes, summaries, and routing of approved DUAs for signature.
* Lead user support activities, including the development of technical assistance materials, direct support guidance, and service-level compliance for user inquiries and issues.
