Position: DoDIN Services Manager - SME with Security Clearance
Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a DoDIN Services Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia.

Please Note:

This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the delivery of DoDIN-connected services to support ARNG mission and enterprise operations.
* Ensure continuous service availability and infrastructure sustainment across all supported enclaves.
* Integrate network transport and maintain boundary compliance to meet operational directives.
* Establish and enforce governance for change management and service continuity.
* Coordinate with cybersecurity and network engineering teams to ensure compliance with DISA, DoD, and ARNG directives.
* Provide comprehensive operational reporting and risk assessments to Government stakeholders.
* Monitor service performance and manage operational risks to sustain readiness and resilience.
* Direct response strategies for outages and configuration control to support uninterrupted mission operations. Required Skills

Secret Eligible required
* S. Citizenship required
* DoD 8140.03 Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 441-Network Operations Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
* Certifications (one or more required):
Security

X / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT

* Education:

Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
* Extensive experience in enterprise network operations within DoD or Federal environments.
* Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise services and infrastructure sustainment.
* Experience in coordinating with cybersecurity and network operations teams.
* Ability to establish and manage governance frameworks for service delivery and continuity. Desired Skills Desired Qualifications
* Clearance:
Active Secret preferred
* Familiarity with ARNG and DoD operational environments.
* Experience with classified and unclassified network operations.
* Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting.
* Knowledge of DISA and ARNG cybersecurity requirements.
