Position: Network Services Administrator - Senior with Security Clearance
Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Network Services Administrator - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia.

Please Note:

This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to support ARNG operational environments.
* Configure and manage routing, switching, VLAN segmentation, and firewall rule sets to ensure secure connectivity.
* Implement and sustain boundary connectivity and transport services for reliable network operations.
* Apply firmware and security updates in alignment with approved configuration baselines.
* Support change management processes and troubleshoot network performance issues.
* Monitor network health metrics and analyze traffic patterns for optimal network performance.
* Coordinate with NOC and cybersecurity teams for incident response and restoration activities.
* Document configuration changes and ensure compliance with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policies. Required Skills

* S. Citizenship required
* DoD 8140.03 Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 441-Network Operations Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
* Certifications (one or more required):
Security

X / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT

* Education:

Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in administering enterprise network infrastructure in DoD or Federal environments.
* Proven experience in configuring and maintaining network components in DoDIN-connected environments.
* Experience in implementing configuration baselines and applying security updates.
* Ability to troubleshoot network performance and availability issues effectively.
* Experience in coordinating incident response activities with relevant teams. Desired Skills Desired Qualifications
* Clearance:
Active Secret preferred
* Familiarity with ARNG and DoD cybersecurity policies and STIG guidance.
* Experience with classified and unclassified network operations.
* Strong analytical skills for traffic pattern analysis and network health monitoring.
* Experience in a 24/7/365 network operations environment.
