Job Description Program Overview The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 7 - Enterprise Architecture (EA) - provides architecture governance, data management, and IT planning services that ensure ARNG's enterprise systems and infrastructure remain structurally aligned with current and future mission objectives. This task area oversees infrastructure architecture, network design, capacity planning, policy and compliance, and DoDAF viewpoint development, supporting the ARNG G6's ability to make sound, architecture-driven decisions for the modernization and consolidation of its enterprise IT environment Position Summary ECS is seeking a Systems Analyst - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by delivering critical systems analysis expertise.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in evaluating and enhancing existing operational environments, identifying technology gaps, and recommending process and system improvements. This position is integral to ensuring that enterprise applications and infrastructure are robust, secure, and aligned with Federal and DoD standards. The Systems Analyst will contribute to the development of technical documentation and implementation plans, working closely with senior team members to drive enterprise-wide improvements.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate existing operational environments and identify technology and process gaps.
* Develop design documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications for enterprise applications.
* Assist in the analysis of system availability, maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
* Ensure compliance with Federal and DoD security requirements.
* Document findings and develop recommended courses of action.
* Contribute to implementation planning and system improvement initiatives.
* Support the alignment of system enhancements with configuration management and operational standards.
* Collaborate with senior analysts to enhance enterprise application infrastructure. Required Skills
Required Qualifications
* Clearance:
Secret Eligible required
* S. Citizenship required
* DoD 8140.03 Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Basic proficiency level
* Certifications (one or more required): A+, CND, Network+
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in systems analysis within DoD or Federal enterprise environments
* Demonstrated experience in evaluating operational systems and supporting the development of technical documentation
* Proven ability to support analysis of compliance with Federal and DoD cybersecurity requirements
* Experience contributing to system improvement initiatives under senior guidance Desired Skills Desired Qualifications
* Clearance:
Active Secret preferred
* Experience with ARNG or similar DoD environments
* Strong understanding of Federal and DoD security requirements
* Proven track record of contributing to enterprise-level system enhancements
