Lifecycle Manager Security Clearance

Overview

Position contingent upon contract award. As the Lifecycle Manager, you will have a background in IT systems management and integration to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.

• Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and deployment to retirement.
• Define and maintain technological roadmaps aligned with mission objectives.
• Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation.
• Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity.
• Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk.
• Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs.

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years’ experience.
• Associate’s with 8 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s with 6 years’ experience.
• Master’s with 4 years’ experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases.
• Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning.
• Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long‑term planning frameworks.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.

• Top Secret SCI CI Polygraph.
