* CGI is seeking an experienced SailPoint Senior Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of identity and access management solutions within a secure enterprise environment. This role involves integrating SailPoint with SAP GRC and supporting identity governance, provisioning, and compliance initiatives across large-scale enterprise systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and be familiar with SAP GRC integration for Segregation of Duties (SoD).
This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA;
Lebanon, VA;
Lafayette, LA; or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
** Your future duties and responsibilities:*
* - Implement, configure, and support SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including IIQ or ISC
- Design and maintain identity governance workflows, including joiner/mover/leaver processes
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services
- Develop and maintain connectors, rules, and workflows within Sail Point
- Support role-based access control (RBAC), access certification campaigns, and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture teams to align IAM with Zero Trust initiatives
- Troubleshoot provisioning issues and perform system performance tuning
- Participate in security audits and ensure IAM compliance with DoD security standards
- Ensure SailPoint implementations meet SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements by providing demonstrable, auditable controls at enterprise scale
- Reduce risk by centralizing governance of decentralized or local access controls
- Provide expertise related to SAP GRC integration for SoD
** Required qualifications to be successful in this role:*
* - Due to contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of the CGI background check are required prior to beginning work. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ or ISC
- Experience integrating SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications
- Experience with Okta, Bean Shell, or SailPoint rule development
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information
Desired qualifications:
- SailPoint certification
- Experience supporting federal environments
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
- Experience with cloud identity integrations (e.g., AWS)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $.
