* CGI Federal is seeking an experienced SAP Training Developer to support the development and delivery of training for an SAP S/4

HANA implementation for a large Federal government agency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience planning, developing and executing end user training for a large-scale implementation of SAP S/4

HANA. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations of the US Federal government. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client working in an Agile environment using emerging technologies. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people with opportunities to learn and grow consulting and training skills as you help provide a change management journey to our client.

This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA, or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

** Your future duties and responsibilities:*
* . As a Training Developer, you will use training and instructional design to ensure conformity with mission training objectives.

. Plan, develop and deliver training materials as scheduled.

. Create training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the core system to be able to develop relevant training materials.

. Deliver training materials via a variety of methods, including in-person classroom training, virtual training, and self-directed learning sessions to a decentralized audience.

. Builder experience using Walk Me to deliver tactical and strategic digital adoption program goals, to provide on-screen user support and enhanced user experience within target systems.

. Have the desire and ability to travel within the U.S., as needed, to deliver training.

. Develop training that teaches users financial processes and related technology, including use of role-based exercises within an SAP training environment.

. Coordinate related stand-alone documents that support training.

. Conduct needs assessments and instructional analysis to assess appropriate learning methods.

. Prepare supporting plans for training project completion, including comprehensive timelines.

. Conduct performance-based measurement assessments for objective evaluation of instructional programs.

. Prepare training status reports, exhibits, communications, and procedures as required.

. Consult with senior instructional staff to confirm program objectives, operational procedures, and system constraints.

. Stay current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including technology enhancements.

. Author and organize training systems procedural manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements.

** Required qualifications to be successful in this role:*
* . Due to government contract and clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required, as well as successful completion of the CGI background check prior to beginning work. Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.

. BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology or a related field

. 6+ years of experience in training development and delivery for Federal government clients

Experience with Walk Me;
Builder 1 and Builder 2 Certifications

Experience with training authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Camtasia or Vyond
