* CGI is seeking an enthusiastic, highly capable Director or experienced Senior Consultant to join a high performing team as a Product Delivery Lead, leading a team or teams designing and building modern, services based web applications, delivered in an agile, AI native delivery model, for a large government agency. As a Product Delivery Lead, you will manage a team of 10 25 team members, collaborate with cross functional teams, be part of a dynamic leadership team, and serve as the primary point of contact for your client contact(s).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Job Description:

Manages day to day work and delivery execution of all work for 1 to 2 Agile project teams of 10 15 people each team.

Ensures quality execution and satisfaction of client requirements according to the contract management and delivery processes, and CGI's client partnership management framework.

.
Responsible for building strategic client relationships for applicable AOS products.

.
Liaison between project client(s) and senior and/or executive GSA leadership with ownership, decision making power, and/or buy in of work within the Product Delivery team.

.
Manage team level financials and forecasting

.
Communicates staffing needs to Staffing and Talent Manager.

.
Coaches and mentors team members.

.
Fosters a health and inclusive project team environment and culture.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:

Director or experienced Senior Consultant

.
Proven ability leading teams of 10 25 people, making decisions, driving outcomes

.
Excellent communication skills; able to represent CGI well, responsive and communicative with clients

.
Experience delivering on an Agile project

.
Experience managing project financials and estimating work

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
