* GDIT is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our PACER Modernization Program.

Required

Skills and Experience:

+ Minimum of ten years' experience, of which at least eight years must be specialized in IT system functional analysis, preferably in Cloud Modernization projects.

+ Must possess superior functional knowledge of task order specific requirements and have experience in developing functional requirements for complex integrated IT systems.

+ Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross- functional requirements.

+ Document, design, and handle complicated business rules for processing operational and user data

+ Track requirements, development, and testing using Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives

+ Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Identifies resources required for each task

+ Must have a BS in an IT related field

+ Experience in zCloud and AWS Cloud Modernization

+ Experience in Agile Methodology to track requirements, development, and testing using Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives

+ Knowledge in leveraging Generative AI to document Business Rules and Requirements

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
