The Information Technology Department is seeking a Temporary IT Project Support Specialist to support enterprise system implementations and other IT projects and initiatives as needed. This role supports system implementation, testing, training, documentation, reporting, end-user support, and go-live activities.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting end users across the organization. Strong experience with business applications, technical troubleshooting, and quickly learning new systems is required.
Responsibilities- Develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and quick reference documents.
- Deliver end-user training.
- Provide Tier 1 application and system support.
- Troubleshoot basic system and user issues; escalated as needed.
- Support system testing, UAT, and workflow validation.
- Document test results, defects, and resolutions.
- Assist with data validation, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Create and maintain system reports (operational, payroll, management).
- Support application setup, configuration, and user access administration.
- Maintain technical and process documentation.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for IT projects.
- Assist with multiple IT projects and system implementations.
- Provide general IT project and administrative support as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience supporting software applications and end users (Tier 1 support).
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
- Experience with training development and delivery.
- Ability to document procedures, workflows, and technical steps clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate business rules and system functionality.
- Experience with timekeeping, payroll, HR, or workforce management systems.
- Experience with UKG Ready, Kronos, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting software implementations or IT projects.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, or report writing tools.
