GDIT's Federal Health team is hiring a Business Operation Governance Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the program by contributing technical, operational, or analytical expertise to ensure successful delivery across teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups, assess risks, and support issue resolution to maintain program momentum and ensure open communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT- Support cross‑functional collaboration across Client and partner organizations
- Assist in identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving mitigation actions, escalating as appropriate
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, or technical analysis as required
- Coordinate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Help maintain continuity of operations across related work streams
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (work experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with technical or operational processes relevant to Client
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools
- Experience with Client, other federal, or federal health IT programs
- Knowledge of Millennium EHR systems or system integration activities
- Background in cybersecurity, data, operations, or testing environments

The likely salary range for this position is $85,093 – $108,100.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
