Provide services and support as a Business Analyst [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS
- Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU

- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing.
- Map business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of enterprise applications (Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, etc.).
- Serve as liaison between ITS teams and University stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of IT/business analysis experience.

- Requirements documentation, workflow mapping, UAT coordination.
