Business Intelligence Architect​/Developer - TekSynap

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end BI solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with federal standards.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake, integrating diverse data sources including government datasets.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for intelligence and defense stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance, quality, and security policies, ensuring adherence to DoD and federal regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices in cloud architecture and data engineering.

• 2–4 years of experience designing and deploying BI solutions in federal or defense environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Apache Spark, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and government acquisition processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
