Senior Network Design Analyst

About the Role

Join our team as a Network Design & Engineering Specialist! In this role, you'll work closely with our Manager to design, implement, and secure large‑scale network projects in an industrial setting.

• Network Design & Documentation:
  • Review current and proposed network service and security architectures.
  • Create clear documentation (e.g., diagrams, design documents) for both existing and new network architectures.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Identify and help fix vulnerabilities or security gaps in our environment.
  • Carry out security scans and audits when required.
  • Adjust system settings to ensure we follow industry best practices.
• Team Support & More:
  • Collaborate with network analysts and other teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and handle additional tasks as needed.

• Experience &
  
  Certifications:
  • At least 6–10 years of hands‑on networking experience, especially with enterprise or industrial projects.
  • A strong background in LAN, WAN, and WLAN design.
  • CCNA certification is a must, and CCNP is preferred.
• Technical Know-How:
  • Expertise in routing and switching (especially Cisco-based solutions).
  • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, RSTP, QoS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPNs, Metro Ethernet, and more.
  • Practical experience with routers, switches, firewalls, copper and fiber cabling.
• Project & Problem-Solving
  
  Skills:
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring top‑notch technical and architectural outcomes.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring tools.
• Communication & Leadership:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams or analysts in a dynamic environment.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
