Concept Plus in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Service Desk Systems Analyst to provide Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 desktop support to faculty, staff, and classroom technologies at client sites.
The role requires an Associate degree or higher in CS/IT, 3+ years in a help desk, and the ability to obtain DoD 8140 IAT 1 within 6 months.
On-site work Mon–Fri 6:00–18:00, with limited travel; benefits include health/dental/vision, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for training.
