Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT product management.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and access control models.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar.
- PMP Certification.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in higher education or public sector IT environments.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of directory services, federation, and identity provisioning tools.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design in IAM systems.
