Mission Essential is seeking a qualified Software Test Engineer to support the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Enterprise. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited

• to:
  
  Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate functional and non-functional requireme
• nts.
  
  Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and desktop applications in both development and operational environme
• nts.
  
  Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and uncover root causes of defe
• cts.
  
  Execute regression, integration, system, and performance testing across multiple platforms and configurati
• ons.
  
  Analyze test results, document findings, and track defects using tools like Jira, or simi
• lar.
  
  Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated testing proces
• ses.
  
  Ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and comply with DoD security and performance standa

• tions4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assur
• ance.
  
  Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and software (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Test Comple
