CACI is seeking TS/SCI Poly‑cleared candidates for French and Bambara language professionals to join our prime contract supporting government operations in Fairfax, VA.

This is a Travel Only Role. You will be deployed for 4 to 8 weeks at a time and return for 4 to 8 weeks.

• Accurately translate reports/texts in electronic and hard‑copy formats, capturing factual and abstract language with nuanced implications.
• Capture geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural elements present in the text.
• Provide consecutive interpretation; occasionally simultaneous interpretation, with understanding of one or more regional dialects.
• Identify and summarize factual points as well as abstract concepts.
• Use computer skills, including MS Office, to produce written translations and products; perform basic internet research.
• Present briefings with excellent English‑language verbal communication skills.
• Transcribe audio or internet materials accurately and expressively, preparing reports with high quality English written communication.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with adjudicated Polygraph.
• Successfully pass an advanced English test.
• Achieve ILR Level 3 or higher on a target language translation test.
• Possess an active passport and be able to deploy; this is a travel‑only role.
• Minimum five (5) years’ professional experience in translation, transcription, or interpretation.
• In‑depth knowledge of geopolitical, regional, ethnic, and cultural components of target language areas.
• Master MS Office and internet research skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous military experience.
• Good understanding of one or more regional dialects.
• Consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation abilities.

$86,600 - $181,800
