• Project Management & On-Site Coordination
• Lead all phases of on-site restoration projects, from start to finish
• Serve as the go-to point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and motivate crews of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards of safety, performance, and professionalism on every site
• Customer Experience
• Build trust with homeowners during stressful situations like fire or water damage
• Communicate clearly, calmly, and consistently with customers about project updates
• Tools, Resources & Reporting
• Utilize platforms like Dash, Xactimate, and MICA for documentation and tracking
• Keep accurate logs for compliance, invoicing, and insurance

• 5+ years experience managing restoration or construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with restoration best practices, safety standards, and software tools
• Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly organized

• $25 – $30/hour, plus performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• Full-time schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed)
