Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fairfax, VA is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a membership-model spa franchise environment. What You’ll Do- Support and help lead a high-performing front desk and sales team
- Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention in a membership-based spa model
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion, rebooks, attrition, revenue)
- Follow structured processes and ensure execution across the team
- Coach Spa Associates on sales behaviors and client experience
- Maintain organization across schedules, inventory, payroll support, and reporting
- Partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure operational excellence
- Experience working in a membership-based spa or franchise environment required
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue and client retention strategies
- Highly organized — you enjoy lists, trackers, and structured systems
- Proven follow-through and task completion skills
- Comfortable holding team members accountable in a professional way
- Sales-focused mindset with leadership capability
