Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Manager of Supply Chain Site to join the team. This role is a full-time day shift position working Monday through Friday. - Oversee assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but is not limited to hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.
- Participate on the Product Conversion team and communicate any changes to the Supply Chain team.
- Solicit feedback from Supply Chain and clinical staff to improve Supply Chain operations.
- Ensure all recalled and near‑expired/expired products are removed in a timely manner.
- Address any operational concerns from the Supply Chain and clinical staff.
- Monitor operating budget to ensure the operation is financially compliant.
- Ensure the Supply Chain is adequately staffed to support clinical operations.
- Complete annual performance evaluations for team leads in a timely manner.
- Monitor operational metrics on a daily basis and address any performance issues while developing and executing the action plan(s) to drive operational performance improvement.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (or relevant additional experience in lieu of a degree equivalent to 4 years).
- Experience: 5 years of related experience AND 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
