Program Manager

• Work directly with peers and go Tenna’s government customers to lead and execute strategic development and integration go Tenna off-grid networking technology to drive mission impact.
• Develop, track, and analyze detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, execution, risk management, and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for program deliverables and to government contract requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, test events, and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities to customer audiences.
• Lead contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors related to program delivery.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate multiple program roadmaps internally and diligently update internal data systems.

• Five (5) + years of technical program management experience background; working with contracts and contract language a plus.
• Experience supporting DoD, DHS, CBP, Air Force, SOCOM, and/or other local, state, or Federal Government agencies.
• Experience managing government programs and developing and strengthening key customer relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across large organizations and negotiating tradeoffs.
• Experience in core program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation.

Demonstrates expertise in technical program management, including risk management, quality assurance, and government contract compliance, while effectively leading cross-functional teams and fostering key customer relationships.
