The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) is seeking an experienced, visionary senior-level administrator to lead one of the region's largest behavioral health outpatient and case management service areas. In this leadership role, you will:
- Lead a comprehensive behavioral health outpatient and case management program serving approximately 3,500 individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and developmental disabilities.
- Provide strategic leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary workforce of approximately 130 professionals, including licensed professional counselors, social workers, and clinical staff.
- Direct major systemwide initiatives and collaborate across service areas to strengthen integrated, person-centered care.
- Provide senior clinical consultation and administrative oversight for complex, high-profile cases and program operations.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with County agencies, community organizations, regional and state stakeholders, governing boards, and advisory committees.
- Ensure excellence in quality, compliance, and performance by overseeing program utilization, quality improvement, Electronic Health Record (EHR) monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to implement best practices, meet evolving regulatory requirements, and achieve agency performance goals.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar operating budget, ensuring responsible stewardship of public resources while maximizing service impact.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement solutions that enhance access, quality, and outcomes.

- Plans, administers, directs and implements various programs within a large division which may include a wide range of specialized prevention, diagnostic and treatment services;
- Assures integration of program functions across similar program areas within CSB system;
- Ensures senior clinical and administrative program supervision;
- Provides consultation to the leadership of the CSB;
- Provides liaison with county, regional, and state agencies; governing boards; and advisory committees, representing the CSB on various committees, work groups and projects;
- Develops and maintains cooperative relationships with community groups and agencies such as nonprofits, contractual services, or public schools;
- Establishes and participates in consultative and educative planning with community agencies, groups, coalitions, and schools;
- Develops and implements internal policies and procedures to enhance treatment effectiveness and efficiency, coordinating with other CSB Division Directors and CSB executive leadership, ensuring consistency across the CSB and compliance with county, state and federal regulations;
- Disseminates, clarifies, and interprets county and CSB policies and procedures;
- Conducts mental health program utilization and quality reviews as required by service area;
- Assures programs meet all agency and state goals and objectives, as well as complies with all applicable licensing and funding mandates, standards, and regulations;
