Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager in Fairfax, VA to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Community Donation Center. You will lead a team of CDC Ambassadors, ensure smooth donation flow, and promote the Savers brand in stores and the local community.
You will train and coach staff, monitor donor satisfaction, and coordinate with store leadership to meet donation goals while upholding safety and brand standards.
