The Director of Operations is responsible for all home health operational workflows related to intake, scheduling, after hours support, service coordination, utilization analysis and AI projects. Work in close partnership with clinical management and the Director of Sales, ensuring seamless alignment between operational capacity, clinical readiness and growth initiatives.
Must have significant experience with Homecare Homebase EMR.
Lead the following enterprise-wide teams:
- Intake and referral management
- Scheduling
- After hours support
- Payor authorizations and payor relationships
- Direct ownership of process flows
- Manage several AI projects to improve efficiency and scalability
