Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Fabricator / Boilermaker who takes pride in their work, enjoys a hands‑on environment, and thrives in a team‑focused culture. Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret drawings, templates, and job cards accurately.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting standard fabrication drawings.
- Operate workshop tools and machinery safely, including welders, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
- Collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Occasionally assist with vehicle modifications, repairs, or other workshop tasks as required.
- Qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator with proven experience in metal fabrication.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator is required.
- Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, or ARC) and ability to work with various metals.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive workshop culture.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
- Experience in heavy vehicle modifications, truck fabrication, or related industries.
- Experience with CNC cutting, bending, or other advanced fabrication equipment.

- Based in Carrum Downs, VIC with stable working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.
