• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, templates, and job cards accurately.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting standard fabrication drawings.
• Operate workshop tools and machinery safely, including welders, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Occasionally assist with vehicle modifications, repairs, or other workshop tasks as required.

• Qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator with proven experience in metal fabrication.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator is required.
• Strong welding skills (MIG, TIG, or ARC) and ability to work with various metals.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive workshop culture.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

• Experience in heavy vehicle modifications, truck fabrication, or related industries.
• Experience with CNC cutting, bending, or other advanced fabrication equipment.
