Production Supervisor

Home Goods, a leader in manufacturing quality products, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced plant. In this role, you will coordinate workflows, manage shift schedules, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. You will monitor quality standards, analyze performance data, and implement lean and 5S practices to reduce waste and downtime. Collaborating closely with engineering and maintenance, you'll drive continuous improvement, train and mentor operators, and support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
