Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - PACU — Fairfax, Virginia
• Pay From: $30.00 per hour
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Virginia
- 2+ years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- PACU experience to include recovering patients
- Initiating and administering IVs
- Comfortable providing pre-op and post-op care
- Monitoring and assessing patients
- Knowledge of GI procedures a plus
- Initiate and administer IVs
- Conscious sedation experience
- Assist providers before, during and after procedures
- Assess and monitor patients
- Document and update patient information in EMR
- Provide post procedure education
- CPR certification required
