Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join their amazing team. This is a full-time Day Shift position (3 x 12-hour shifts/week) 7:00am-7:30pm. Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus for eligible nurses!
ICU OverviewThe Intensive Care Unit at Fair Oaks Hospital (IFOH) is a 12-bed unit with a patient population that includes end-stage disease processes, sepsis, post-partum emergencies, respiratory failure, post-operative care, and other conditions that require more intensive nursing care. This patient population requires care from nurses who have successfully completed a critical care fellowship and/or have experience caring for the critically ill.
The ICU is equipped to provide CRRT and induced hypothermia for post-cardiac arrest.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum of one year of ICU Registered Nurse experience. - Education:
BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or if holding an Associate’s Degree (ADN) must complete a BSN within 5 years of start date. - Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
- Certifications:
BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred or within 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years ICU RN experience.
