Clinical Educator Nursing (RN) Postpartum
Location:
Falls Church, VA – Inova Fairfax Hospital. Job . Full‑time schedule. This role is for an RN dedicated to teaching, mentoring, and advancing nursing quality and safety within our Family Centered Care/Postpartum team.

- Education
:
Master's Degree or BSN with enrollment in a Master's program upon start. If RN holds a BSN and is enrolled in a Master’s program, the RN must meet with their Nurse Leader within 3 months to provide: - Written plan with anticipated Masters completion date.
- Transcript review indicating required pre‑requisites and course timeline.
- Completion of Master’s within 3 years of start date.
- Experience
: 2 years of progressive nursing experience in a designated specialty and at least 3 months as a preceptor. - Certification
: BLS from the American Heart Association; licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse or active multi‑state RN license.
