Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for the Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU. This is a 16‑bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient populations. Night shift position – 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Sign on Bonus and Relocation Bonus for eligible RNs.

• A front‑line leader accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve clinical operation of the unit; embraces and uses research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Supports unit‑based shared governance and decentralized decision‑making.

• Experience: Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education: BSN or Associate Degree RN within one year of obtaining BSN.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 90 days.
• Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Completion of RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months.

• 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience.
