Inova is seeking experienced, passionate CRNAs to join our world‑class anesthesia team. The role requires expertise in a broad spectrum of anesthetic delivery, including intravenous/general, spinal, and epidural anesthesia, and clinical services such as joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, maternal/obstetrics, endoscopic, and diagnostic imaging.

• Education: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of a post‑master’s certificate program for nurse practitioners, or certificate from an accredited program by the Council of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs/Schools, American Association of Colleges of Nursing or National League for Nursing.
• Experience: No experience required, but 2‑3 years preferred.
• Certification: American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required.
• Licensure: Licensed Nurse Practitioner. If an RN, possess an RN Compact License (depending on state of primary residence), and a license (or eligibility) as a nurse practitioner in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a signed “Practice Agreement,” written “Scope of Practice/Protocol,” and (if prescribing controlled substances) a Drug Enforcement Administration license.
• Payer Credentialing: Ability to complete the credentialing process by third‑party payors and enrollment as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor.
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services.

• Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in all methods of anesthetic delivery, including intravenous/general, spinal, and epidural.
• Experience in a broad spectrum of clinical services such as joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, obstetrics/gynecology, endoscopic, and diagnostic imaging.
