Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full-time RN Unit Supervisor for the Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU. This is a 16-bed unit focusing on Vascular and Neuro patient population. Night shift position - 7:00pm-7:30am. Sign on Bonus and Relocation Bonus for eligible RNs.

• Front‑line leader accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit; embraces, uses, and understands the research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Supports unit‑based shared governance and decentralized decision‑making structures and processes.
• Role model who leads by example in delivering "Service Always" and in making Patient Experience a priority on unit(s) of responsibility. Seeks every opportunity to meet the unique needs of each person we are privileged to serve – every time, every touch.
• Ensuring that care is patient centered. • Experience
  :
  Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education
  : BSN or Associate Degree RNs that are within one year of obtaining their BSN.
• Certifications
  : BLS required. ACLS within 90 days.
• Licensure
  :
  Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Completion of RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months.

• 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Charge nurse or Supervisory experience
