- Fairfax City is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join our team. This role is full-time, nights - three 12-hour shifts with weekend requirements (7:00 pm - 7:00 am).

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing; or, Associate Degree RN within one year of completing BSN program
• Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS from the American Heart Association;
  Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Training: Inova RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months of start date

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department/Trauma Center with additional charge or supervisory responsibilities.
• Certification: Specialty certification specific to unit within 1 year; current ACLS and PALS
• Education: BSN or MSN preferred
