Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor – Emergency Room (ER) to join our team. This full‑time night position (Monday–Friday, three 12‑hour shifts 7:00 pm–7:00 am) includes rotating holidays and on‑call duties. During orientation, nurses will rotate through day, mid‑shift, and night shifts. Eligible nurses qualify for sign‑on and relocation bonuses.

The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full‑service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission‑certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital, the only designated trauma center in Loudoun County.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; or, Associate Degree RN within one year of completing BSN program.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

  Certifications:
  
  BLS from the American Heart Association;
  Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Training: Inova RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months of start date.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department/Trauma Center with additional charge or supervisory responsibilities.
• Certification: Specialty certification specific to unit within 1 year; current ACLS and PALS.
• Education: BSN or MSN preferred.
