Home Health LPN

Pay: $1,600/week
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Seeking an experienced Home Health LPN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Fairfax and Prince William County area.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in a home setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Assist with care plans and patient education
- Active LPN license (VA)
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience
- HCHB experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
