Job Description:
Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting, where you’ll be responsible for providing specialized care in a community hospital’s 12-bed Med-Surg ICU. This assignment involves working 12-hour night shifts over a span of 13 weeks, offering an immersive experience in critically ill patient management. You’ll navigate electronic medical records using EPIC, ensure compliance with AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, and maintain strict staffing ratios of 2:1 in ICU and 3:1 in Intermediate Care.
The role demands attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment that challenges and rewards.
