The Quality Compliance Associate will serve as a key member of the Internal Compliance & Quality Assurance (ICQA) department and administer the College’s corrective action management, compliance monitoring, and quality management activities. The role leads CAP program coordination, supporting process improvement and strong internal controls across NOVA.
This position may telework after state probation, with a work schedule of Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.
