STV is seeking a Buildings/Facilities Inspector in Gainesville, VA to join our CEI team. The role focuses on inspecting new construction and existing facilities to verify compliance with contract documents, codes, safety regs, and owner requirements.
You will document observations, identify deficiencies, monitor corrective actions, and support owners in maintaining safe, code-compliant buildings. This position requires 3–5 years of inspection experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
