Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; effectively communicate with store management and crews;
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, sign, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise;
Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays and reset departments following planograms (POGs);
Coordinate with store management to ensure smooth store operations and timely completion of opening/closing procedures
