PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain a premiere stock and visual presence in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and enhance customer experience;
Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers
