Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Marketing role based in Fairfax, VA. The Entry Level Marketing team member will support in-store marketing campaigns, engage with customers, and clearly communicate product and service benefits. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, gathering customer feedback, and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies within retail environments. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, providing customer service, and maintaining a professional brand presence on the sales floor.

The position offers hands-on training in marketing, sales, and campaign management, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.### Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally.
