The P/T Keyholder has responsibility for assisting with the daily operations of our retail store, including sales, serving customers, and safeguarding the assets of the store.

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers and providing merchandise suggestions.
• Provide suggestions to management for merchandising to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Use the POS software system to perform routine register transactions, inventory receiving and transfers, opening and closing of registers and store.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with customers, providing recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Actively participate in all store-related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.
• Operate the store consistently with prescribed company policies and procedures.
• Provide ideas to grow and improve the business (merchandising, staffing, floor displays, store fixtures, advertising, promotion, hours of operation).
• Safeguard the assets of the store: maintain inventory integrity, prevent inventory shrink, assist in cycle counts and year‑end inventory.
• Open/close registers and store in the absence of the manager or assistant manager.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and keep everything organized, taking initiative when needed.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with bending/stooping/kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
