Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, and Accessories) merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience;
Maintain a clean, professional presentation of the Hard Goods area and assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions
