Whole Foods Market - - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership to the Bakery team and manage daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects;
Hire, develop, coach, and if needed take corrective actions or separations for Team Members;
Ensure adherence to health and food safety regulations and store Standard Operating Procedures; support store programs and initiatives;
Maintain product assortment, merchandising, inventory control, and collaborate with department leaders and vendors;
Evaluate performance, provide timely evaluations, and foster a positive, high-morale, team-focused work environment
