Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas of the store while promoting a safe and secure store environment;
Engage with customers and associates with strong greeting, eye contact, and smile;
Assist in training and development of Shortage Control Associates;
Identify and report theft incidents and drive shortage education and awareness to all associates;
Provide leadership with onboarding and ongoing support of associate training in shortage reduction programs
